Rheinmetall Protection Systems GmbH is looking for a Software Developer C/C++ (m/w/d) responsible for developing system software for safety-critical applications in real-time. You will maintain existing software across Windows, Linux, QNX, and Android environments, support the integration of a real-time bus, conduct integration and module tests, create accompanying documentation, determine interfaces with adjoining areas, and coordinate with external partners. A completed scientific degree in communication technology, computer science, or a comparable field is required along with multiple years of experience in hardware-near software development and critical system controls. Knowledge of bus systems for secure and time-critical data transmission and strong skills in C/C++ programming are also expected.
