Responsibilities include owning the development of internal tools, migrating critical data workflows, contributing to architectural direction, writing modular code, and championing quality in everything you build. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Python and React development, fluency with modern Python backends, strong frontend skills, production-level knowledge of data modeling, and the ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
