AB Tasty is looking for a Lead SRE - M/F/D to lead the SRE team, drive its rituals, and guide it through scaling challenges in reliability, observability, and process automation. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of experience in SRE or a similar role, with a strong focus on high-availability environments. Their goal will be to ensure operational excellence and to make reliability a front-and-center priority across teams, transforming technical signals into measurable outcomes. They will also be expected to own the technical and strategic vision for our open-source observability stack, helping teams to adopt best practices and making observability a reflex, not an afterthought. Familiarity with modern cloud providers, Kubernetes, observability tools, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
