About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be a key player in driving data-informed decisions throughout the product life cycle, from investment modeling to executing and assessing product feature experiments. This hybrid position requires you to work from the Barcelona office twice a week. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with product and design teams, and ensuring high-quality data access through collaboration with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and design teams on end-to-end analyses, executing and interpreting experiments.
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership regarding marketplace performance.
- Advance Rover’s A/B testing framework and improve analytics capabilities.
About the Candidate
Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools are critical. Familiarity with Python or R and product analytics tools is a plus.
