Your role will involve managing distributed global teams and multiple stakeholders, directly improving health outcomes through innovative technology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coach your direct reports and assist in their career development, providing impactful value in healthcare.
- Support team architectural and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to create a roadmap from vision.
- Maintain a culture of engineering excellence, focusing on CI/CD, DevOps, and user experience.
- Drive engineering quality and maintain high SLAs.
- Hire and mentor talented engineers.
About the Candidate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and full stack development, preferably in Java or Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in object-oriented design and test-driven development.
- Experience in the healthcare industry and with SQL or graph databases.
