About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Test Automation Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and developing automation and performance testing solutions, identifying test cases suitable for automation, and creating detailed test plans and test cases. You will also lead testing efforts, manage the defect management lifecycle, and participate actively in Agile environments.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software testing across all phases. Candidates should possess knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices, with a strong background in automation testing, especially in Python and Selenium. Familiarity with Agile processes, SQL, and defect tracking tools is required. Additionally, candidates who have experience developing tools to simplify test scenarios and who understand risk-based testing approaches are encouraged.
