About the Role
As a Developer at ValueCare, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our products. We are looking for a passionate software developer who helps us deliver smart IT solutions to enhance the quality of care and reduce costs in healthcare. You will work in a close-knit team of experienced developers and a UX designer on software products that automate administrative tasks, allowing care providers to focus on their core duties. Your responsibilities include both backend and frontend tasks, ensuring efficient development of user-friendly products. You will see immediate results from your work with our weekly releases.
About the Candidate
You will excel in this role if you have experience with Angular, React, Vue, or another JavaScript framework, along with Docker, Linux, Scrum, version control like GitHub or GitLab, and unit/integration testing. Additionally, you should have a completed Master's degree in a related technical field such as computer science, with at least 3 years of work experience in Java and/or Python. We value a proactive attitude, perseverance, and results-oriented thinking. Strong analytical skills to convert abstract requirements into functional solutions along with good social and communication skills are essential.
