About the Role

GoCaspi GmbH is looking for a Junior iOS Developer to join their team in Bremen or Hamburg. You will be part of a company that has been a leader in digital transformation for over a decade, focusing on developing innovative, mobile solutions using Apple's programming language Swift. The selected candidate will work on the next generation of iOS apps, contributing to various tasks that include:

  • Design and development of native iOS apps in Swift using Xcode and UIKit/SwiftUI.
  • Implementation of modern app architectures (like MVVM and Clean Architecture) and integration of mobile SDKs.
  • Migration and optimization of existing iOS applications to a Swift-based framework.
  • Close collaboration with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
  • Conducting automated tests (Unit/UI) and establishing CI/CD pipelines for iOS applications (e.g., with Fastlane and Jenkins).
  • Agile collaboration within a Scrum team, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

About the Candidate

We are looking for candidates who meet the following expectations:

  • A completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or a completed training focused on software development.
  • Initial practical experience developing native iOS apps in Swift (Junior Level).
  • Proficient in using Xcode, Storyboards, SwiftUI, and common Cocoa frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of Objective-C is an advantage.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools for Mobile (like Fastlane, Jenkins).
  • Interest in app performance optimization and monitoring (e.g., Crashlytics and Firebase).
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • High level of team spirit and a self-motivated, structured working style.
