About the Role
ZABEL is seeking a motivated Junior (Azure) DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to join their team. In a dynamic work environment, you will have the opportunity to work on modern DevOps projects and shape the development of future-oriented cloud infrastructures. Your tasks will include managing environments, monitoring systems, providing technical support, and collaborating on innovative DevOps projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a link between software development and IT operations.
- Manage environments and monitor our systems.
- Provide technical support and actively work on innovative DevOps projects.
- Design and implement DevOps processes in cloud environments using container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Support the further development of CI/CD processes by developing, implementing, and automating them.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate has completed a degree in Computer Science or has successfully completed training as a specialist in application development or equivalent. You should have initial experience with DevOps tools, particularly Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and Git. Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, and some experience with .NET and Node.js are beneficial. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is also expected, along with a basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
