We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer (Backend) who is passionate about building sustainable architectures and innovative AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

  • Transform data science requirements into scalable, efficient, and production-ready tools for AI applications.
  • Develop and maintain architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Own the development toolkit by collaborating with other Python engineers to create reusable building blocks for AI and software development.
  • Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and architectural standards.

About the Candidate

Expectations

  • Must have at least 4 years experience in Python backend development, with a focus on creating scalable architectures.
  • Profound understanding of async programming using frameworks like Quart or FastAPI.
  • Ability to apply automated tests to code.
  • Experience in developing SDKs or toolkits for internal or external users.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and cloud services.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (including GitHub Workflows) and containerization (e.g., Docker).

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with MLOps and DevOps frameworks is a plus.
