As the Director of Data Analytics, you will guide a talented team to develop analytics solutions that directly support the Rebate and Formulary commercial strategy, in partnership with various business stakeholders. This role promotes innovation and collaboration as you provide strategic insights and advanced analytical solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and implement analytic initiatives to support decision-making for the IR Commercial Strategy business.
• Provide scenario modeling solutions for Pharma negotiations and business strategy guidance.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their challenges, translating them into data-driven strategies.
• Clearly communicate analytical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage team resources, project prioritization, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead the adoption of advanced analytics and AI/ML methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analytics roles, preferably within healthcare.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies including MS Azure, Python, SQL, Databricks, and Git.
• Proven leadership in managing data analytics teams and projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant analytical discipline.
• Experience in deploying AI/ML solutions within healthcare.
• Prior consulting or strategic advisory experience in analytics.
