Responsibilities:
- Conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design Layout and/or hardware engineers in the design.
- Develop and utilize productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, software for electronic data processing systems.
- Determine computer user needs and advise hardware designers on characteristics affecting software systems such as storage capacity and processing speed.
- Design and develop compilers, utility programs, and operating systems.
- Respond to customer/client requests as they occur.
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
About the Candidate
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s in Computer Science/Communications with 2 to 5 years' experience, or Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Communications with 3 to 7 years' experience.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Cloud Computing/Edge Computing.
- Proficiency in Go Lang/C Lang programming.
- Software development experience for networking/middleware/communication/application protocols.
- Familiarity with Dockers/Kubernetes/AWS/OpenStack.
- Knowledge of Standards Analysis for 5G/4G/NSA.
- Experience with open source software contributions and networking for Containers/Dockers.
- Proficient in Ansible/Playbook/Helm.
- Strong analysis/debugging/fixing skills, and experience using version control with GIT.
