About the Role

As a PHP Developer at Foodticket, you will contribute to a SaaS product used by around 4000 hospitality establishments in the Netherlands. You'll be part of a scrum team responsible for developing backend applications in Laravel. Your primary focus will be translating user stories into technical solutions meeting high standards of code quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test the backend of the product.
• Build robust APIs for frontend-backend interaction.
• Document your code thoroughly.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to create user-centric elements.
• Participate in team events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

About the Candidate

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Laravel, or willingness to learn. Good knowledge of MySQL and API architecture such as REST and GraphQL is a must. You should be a team player willing to work on-site at least three days a week, and contribute positively to the team atmosphere.
