About the Role
CipherTek Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious investment bank to recruit a talented Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Lead. This role is key to building a greenfield framework for deploying scalable AI/ML solutions for both the front and middle offices. You will be hands-on in establishing a standardized MLOps framework for capital markets while educating data scientists on tools and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI/ML CI/CD pipelines on Azure Databricks.
- Define and implement best practices for DataOps, DevOps, and ModelOps.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Front Office Quant teams and Sales/Trading desks.
- Adopt advancements in GenAI and LLM technologies.
- Align with the bank’s central Enterprise Advanced Analytics & AI group.
- Manage large datasets and support data preparation across different data sources.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MLOps and at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency with Azure Databricks, ML frameworks, and libraries in Python.
- Proven experience deploying LLM services and a strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, with familiarity in Scala being a plus.
- A robust understanding of AI/ML algorithms and experience with Agile methodologies.
