Key Responsibilities
- Design and construct core frameworks that optimize multi-step processes for task orchestration and automation.
- Develop and refine AI models utilizing LLMs to discover anomalies and opportunities impacting performance.
- Construct and optimize pipelines to enhance AI recommendations with real-time data.
- Take ownership of ML models through phases like data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and production inference.
- Implement an MLOps approach for managing continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
- Continuously monitor and improve AI model performance for better accuracy and scalability.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer position has:
- AI Fluency: 5 years in software development with a focus on AI/ML frameworks, particularly LLMs, GPTs, and agent technologies.
- ML Proficiency: Strong background in both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Data Handling: Expertise in managing large datasets, supported by strong SQL skills.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and tackle ambiguous challenges with clarity.
