About the Role

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. Responsibilities include managing technical roadblocks, providing product support, and mentoring team members.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily performance and development of the Production Specialists by resolving technical escalations and enhancing their technical capabilities.
  • Handle technical escalations effectively, managing client queries and providing product support.
  • Mentor and guide Production Specialists, organize and conduct trainings to bridge identified skills gaps.
  • Deliver solutions and troubleshooting for client queries, maintaining professionalism and ensuring operational excellence.

About the Candidate

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience developing web applications using the Java/Spring stack.
  • Proficiency in DevOps, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, Unix, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems design, with mandatory experience in Kafka streams.
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture patterns and best practices.
