The Role
As a Senior Ruby Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to report directly to the CTO and engage with stakeholders across the organization. You will help implement campaign management tools for real-time insights, build data pipelines, and integrate with printers and third-party services.
Responsibilities
- Implement campaign management tools to give clients real-time insights into their campaigns.
- Build data pipelines and integrate insights from clients’ existing campaigns.
- Work closely with the data team to enhance tools and methodologies for attribution and reporting.
- Evolve our AWS infrastructure focusing on performance and security.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years building software products.
- Strong experience with Ruby, Python, or NodeJS.
- Familiarity with AWS services like EC2 and S3.
- Strong database experience with Postgres and NoSQL.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
