About the Role

The Senior ASP.NET Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Architecting, designing, building, and maintaining reliable automation frameworks/scripts for both desktop and web applications, services, and web services.
  • Automating repetitive tasks using a variety of tools and achieving a "zero defect" target through effective use of the testing framework.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and external teams to continuously raise product quality.
  • Leading the transition toward a complete Test-Driven Development (TDD) model.
  • Integrating automation tests into the Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of coding experience in ASP.NET Core, .NET C#, and SQL.
  • At least 3 years of scripting experience in one of the following languages: Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript, or VBScript.
  • Good working knowledge of WCF Services, WinForms, ASP.NET Web Applications, ADO.NET, and SOAP-UI.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Stored Procedures.
  • An understanding of CI/CD processes and Build pipelines using Jenkins.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
