About the Role

Ingress GmbH is one of the leading European providers of software solutions in the fields of feedback management, market research, and employee surveys. Your role involves responsibility for the development and maintenance of our survey software Keyingress as well as other web applications. You will primarily focus on backend development with appropriate quality control. You will work closely with an experienced development team and our project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the software architecture of the survey software Keyingress
  • Implement/monitor best practices, security, and performance
  • Coordinate development tasks
  • Integrate third-party systems and APIs
  • Lead the team technically after thorough training
  • Collaborate with project management

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP development
  • Proficient knowledge of PHP and MySQL/MariaDB
  • Experience with version management tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with container technologies
  • Knowledge in the DevOps field (web and database servers) is an advantage
  • Ideally, knowledge of Java and experience in developing native apps for Android and iOS
  • A willingness to learn, creativity, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and customer-oriented
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1), good English skills
