As the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, PGIM Fixed Income is committed to enhancing financial services while maintaining a culture rooted in respect and collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in our Technology Solutions Group by designing and developing applications that support Back and Middle Office operations. This includes developing Java and Python-based applications while ensuring adherence to modern coding practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Python.
- Provide L3 support for production incidents and maintain quality assurance standards through unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate across teams to define solutions that align with business needs, ensuring high-quality output.
About the Candidate
Candidates should possess:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in Java and exposure to Python.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and cloud-based application development (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical skills and a desire for continuous learning.
