Your Role:

As our Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will drive initiatives and architectural development in our AI projects. You will be integral in building multi-agent Co-pilot systems that orchestrate complex workflows and automate tasks at scale. Additionally, you will develop cutting-edge LLM-based solutions to deliver personalized alerts, recommended actions, and insights. Collaborating with the founding team, you will design and deploy AI-driven features that transform operations management for retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build core frameworks to optimize multi-step processes and automate actions across operators.
  • Develop AI models leveraging LLMs to identify anomalies and uncover opportunities affecting operational performance.
  • Build and optimize pipelines that utilize real-time customer data to enhance AI recommendations.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of ML models, managing data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and production inference.
  • Implement robust MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of models.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance AI performance through iterative model improvements for accuracy and scalability.

Requirements:

  • AI Fluency: 5+ years in software development with expertise in AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, GPTs, and agent-related technologies.
  • ML Proficiency: Extensive experience in supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, alongside GenAI technologies.
  • Data Handling: Expertise in processing and managing large datasets with advanced SQL querying skills.
  • Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effective in navigating ambiguous problem spaces and ensuring accountability.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills within a small, high-performing team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in supply chain management, retail, predictive analytics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
