About the Role
The Treasury Operations team is responsible for the frictionless performance of the Treasury IT infrastructure. We provide technical solutions to all subsidiaries of our company for internal and external Treasury transactions and operate the systems of our Inhouse Bank. Our projects aim at rolling out new functionalities, onboarding new subsidiaries, enhancing system upgrades, and automating processes.
In your role, you will be accountable for developing our future Treasury Datawarehouse, collaborating with Treasury teams across locations including Darmstadt, Manila, and Montevideo. You will also engage with internal stakeholders from IT, Business Services, Audit, Compliance, Tax and external partners including banks and system providers.
You will be tasked with designing and setting up the future Treasury Datawarehouse, driving automation in data analytics, and working collaboratively with internal teams to visualize Treasury data insights, while reporting directly to the Head of Treasury Operations.
About the Candidate
We're looking for candidates with:
- A Master's degree in business informatics, mathematics, computer science, physics, or related fields.
- Very good programming skills along with proven experience in creating complex database queries.
- A background in working with complex datawarehouse setups and handling large amounts of data.
- Experience utilizing visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with diverse cloud-based services and platforms like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Data Vault 2.0, and more.
- A broad understanding of financial topics, preferably cash and risk management.
- Excellent social and communication skills, with strong negotiation skills in English.
