Since 2021, we have been creating a platform of leading software products from our headquarters in Krefeld, enabling online merchants to fully leverage all potentials of their companies. We currently incorporate 6 leading SaaS software providers tailored for online retailers within the ECOMMERCE ONE. We invest in successful software companies to create added value for e-commerce, generate synergies, and foster growth.

We are currently seeking a (Senior) PHP Developer / Web Developer to join our team. This position is full-time and remote within Germany, requiring some office presence for collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of new features and modules for our software products based on PHP, including work within our shop software and in regards to interfaces and API endpoints.
  • Support the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and development teams by actively contributing your ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Application of modern technologies and methodologies such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Git, Scrum, etc.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of our shop software and other applications.
  • Troubleshooting errors, optimizing existing code, and creating clean, stable code.

Expectations:
We value teamwork and encourage candidates to be in the office approximately 3 days a month to maintain personal interaction.

  • Passion for e-commerce and proven experience are more critical to us than degrees or certificates.
  • Proficient in PHP and common frameworks, with the ability to successfully implement complex projects.
  • Practical experience in a similar role and familiarity with shop software.
  • Good knowledge and experience in e-commerce standards such as RESTful API, OAuth, etc.
  • Tasks may be directly with us or within one of our assets.
