About the Role
EPAM is actively looking for a seasoned Lead Security Engineer in Geneva to work in the fintech space. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of zero-trust architecture and security standards as well as a strong background in implementing complex cyber security systems.
Responsibilities
- Regularly analyze current security protocols and measures to evaluate their effectiveness within a zero-trust framework.
- Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with the zero-trust model.
- Manage integration of security systems and measures to ensure optimal protection and compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest security trends, threats and technologies that could impact our security architecture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure organizational-wide compliance with security policies and regulations.
About the Candidate
Candidates should have a security or IT-focused university degree (Bachelors) or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a security engineer, with specific expertise in zero-trust architectures and strong understanding of network and security infrastructure is required. Candidate should also have the ability to interpret security requirements into practical solutions and hands-on experience in cloud environments.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the French language is a significant advantage.
