About the Role

You will technically support the Product Owner in the requirements analysis with the departments. You will ensure that a concept for complex features is developed, documented in Confluence, validated by other lead developers, and shared with all team members. Your responsibility includes ensuring that the solutions developed by the team adhere to Spryker architecture and concepts, guiding them to program clean, SOLID code using relevant design patterns. Additionally, you will organize TechTalks to bridge knowledge gaps and continuously improve the collective expertise in the team.

About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)

You should have extensive experience in PHP programming, Symfony, AJAX/REST, and Twig as core backend technologies. A strong understanding of the Spryker system and software architecture, as well as experience with documentation tools for creating diagrams is needed. You must possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to support and share knowledge with team members. Familiarity with design patterns, TDD, and basic understanding of HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, React, Webpack, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
