About the Role
Asana's Data Science team plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission by informing strategy, defining success metrics, and identifying ways to enhance user value. In this role, you will be involved in:
- Designing and analyzing experiments to implement impactful product changes for the Reporting and Portfolios team.
- Developing compelling narratives that guide product strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
- Tracking and publishing new metrics that reflect the success of our enterprise products.
- Building dashboards to showcase potential impacts and opportunities.
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and establishing a Data Science presence in the Warsaw office.
About the Candidate
To thrive in this position, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of applying data science techniques in product development and decision-making.
- Strong technical skills in statistics, math, and programming (Python, R, SQL).
- Expertise in statistical methods, experimental design, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is between 29,000 PLN and 36,833 PLN gross per month. This can vary based on market trends and individual qualifications assessed throughout the interview process.
