Responsibilities

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Redis), you will design, build, operate, scale, maintain, and evolve Workato enterprise-grade storage infrastructure. You will work closely with all engineering & infrastructure teams leading our global storage story for different use cases. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in distributed storage systems, practical experience with infrastructure tools, and an understanding of architectures that ensure reliability and availability.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5+ years deploying and supporting highly scalable distributed enterprise-grade in-memory data stores.
  • Production experience with clustered Redis environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the Valkey/Redis ecosystem, including modules, Sentinel, and client libraries.
  • Experience with zero-downtime upgrades, Redis memory optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud tools and solid programming skills in languages like Python or Go.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Good communication skills in international teams.
  • Interest in modern distributed storage technologies.
  • Proficiency in English for technical discussions.
