About the Role

TrueNorth® is looking for 3 senior Ruby developers for a Tech for Good start-up, based near Fulham. They have a hugely successful product, designed to improve the accessibility to transport for passengers with a disability. This role requires a strong background in Ruby on Rails and experience in a TDD environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate in architectural and systems design discussions.
  • Mentor junior developers and help them grow in their roles.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience and desire to work in a TDD environment (this is crucial).
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, with VueJS experience being hugely beneficial.

Employment Details

  • Salary: £80,000 - £110,000
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days per week on-site.
