Responsibilities
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and deliver high availability and performance
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Evaluate and propose improvements to the existing system
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies for architectural review
- Maintain and evolve application cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Maintain and evolve Kubernetes clusters and enhance infrastructure hardening according to compliance and security needs
- Develop monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of industry experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
- Experience with Terraform and Docker
- Strong hands-on implementation skills and a deep understanding of Linux networking and security
- Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and experience with programming languages such as GOlang, Python, Java, or Ruby. Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus
- Contributions to open source projects are an advantage

- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with colleagues and customers.
