About the Role
In this position, you will work at the intersection of tradition and innovation with our partner company, which has established itself in the media industry since the 1950s. You are expected to support the development and analysis of tools in data evaluation as a Softwareentwickler Java (m/w/d) in cities like Köln, Stuttgart, Augsburg, Mainz, Osnabrück, or Leipzig. Your responsibilities will include:
- New and further development of web applications and web services.
- Use Spring (Boot) in the backend and React or Next.js in the frontend.
- Connect new products via REST API.
- Participate in the further development of the application architecture while adhering to relevant quality standards.
- Bring in your own ideas and create individual concepts.
About the Candidate
- You should have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Java developer.
- Your focus should be on backend development with Java Spring Boot and web services.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the frontend with React and/or Angular.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS and/or Azure is advantageous.
- Fluency in German (B2) is necessary for team communication.
