- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of the development team.
- Document code and processes to maintain a smooth development workflow and knowledge sharing.
About the Candidate
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience as a Java developer.
- Strong expertise in Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Proficiency in English or Dutch is required.
