About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Developer & Tech Lead with Full Stack experience. This role will involve both direct coding (85% of the job) and leading our interdisciplinary development team of 4 (15%). Your experience should include embedded, hardware, automation, or low-level systems. Keep in mind that this is a new position aimed to improve speed and performance standards of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior technical resource across our entire software stack.
  • Develop, deploy, and scale robust software solutions.
  • Make strategic architectural decisions in collaboration with the CTO.
  • Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews.
  • Identify key issues and propose solutions aligning with business objectives.

Tech Stack

  • Front-end: React, TypeScript
  • Back-end: Express, NodeJS, TypeScript
  • Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3), Kubernetes, Docker
  • Mobile: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
  • Embedded: C, Python

About the Candidate

Requirements

  • 8 years of development experience.
  • Proficiency in complex cross-platform integration.
  • Extensive experience with React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and AWS.
  • Strong architectural skills with ability to implement scalable systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Interest or experience in IoT, manufacturing, automation, or robotics.
  • Experience developing native mobile applications.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security.
