About the Role

You will work in the Data domain and aim to join a leader in digital transformation specialized in sectors such as Banking, Luxury, Insurance, Finance, and Energy, with the opportunity to grow within the Docaposte Group. Softeam has been labeled "HappyIndex® AtWork" for the 5th consecutive year. Our teams work in project mode around the Modern DATA Platform and Big Data Azure Cloud technologies, addressing our clients' needs from Governance to Integration, Visualization, and AI.

Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer Cloud, you will:

  • Analyze and understand business requirements.
  • Participate in defining and designing architecture.
  • Manage data processes: preparation, ingestion, processing, quality control.
  • Develop Spark jobs and automate data lake feeding flows.
  • Conduct load tests, unit tests, and work on the maintainability of the Big Data solution, optimizing Spark processing performance.

About the Candidate

You should be an engineer with at least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer. You must have mastery over Java, Scala, or Python, and be an expert in Spark and Hadoop frameworks. Additionally, expertise in Azure Data services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory is required.
