About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Application Engineer who will be responsible for the technical selling and support of Siemens EDA's Verification IP (VIP) portfolio across the EMEA region. This position acts as a bridge between Siemens EDA and our customers, requiring profound technical expertise and robust communication skills. The role involves assisting customers in addressing technical and business challenges with Siemens EDA's verification solutions, driving the growth of the VIP business in the EMEA region. The work location is in Europe, with an expectation of up to 20% travel within the EU and other EMEA countries such as the UK and Israel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define and implement technical engagements that support sales campaigns.
  • Provide technical leadership on all aspects of sales campaigns, including pre-sales and post-sales account strategies.
  • Lead VIP portfolio presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Ensure timely and effective support for customers while developing and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Influence marketing and product groups to align with customer needs and product direction.

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • A BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of high-speed interface protocols like PCIe, CXL, UCIe, and more.
  • Expertise in coding with SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Experience integrating commercial VIP in SV/UVM bench and working in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills.
