About the Role
DataAnnotation is looking for proficient programmers to join our team to train our AI chatbots to code. You will work with the chatbots we are developing, measuring their progress, and evaluating the code they produce. In this role, a strong proficiency in programming languages is crucial, particularly Python and/or JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Come up with diverse problems and solutions for a coding chatbot.
- Write high-quality answers and code snippets.
- Evaluate the code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
About the Candidate
To apply for this role, candidates should be fluent in English (native or bilingual level) and possess excellent writing and grammar skills. Furthermore, candidates must be proficient in at least one programming language/framework (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, or Swift) to effectively tackle coding challenge problems similar to those found on LeetCode or HackerRank. Attention to detail is essential, and candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).

Note: Please be aware that all candidates must go through an assessment as part of the application process. Successful candidates will continue to receive projects regularly, typically working between 5-20 hours a week, with opportunities of up to 40 hours.
