About the Role

This internship position is part of the Strategic Student Program at Siemens Digital Industries Software, running from July 1st to September 30th, 2025, based in Warsaw, Poland. The program offers a practical experience wherein interns will be mentored and gain access to various professional development resources. The role involves working within the Tessent Research and Development teams, focusing on analytics and monitoring technology Integral to modern electronic products. Interns will have the opportunity to design, develop, modify, and implement silicon IP blocks to exceed customer expectations, while also ensuring product quality and robustness.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of silicon IP and digital design through the use of RTL languages, with a preference for Verilog. Strong problem-solving abilities in design challenges, along with organizational and communication skills, are crucial. Candidates who have some experience with synthesis and timing closure, scripting (especially in Python), and knowledge of multi-clock design techniques will find themselves better fitted for this role.

Internship Conditions and Eligibility

Candidates must either be enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study. Additionally, the internship allows for the opportunity to collaborate on thesis projects as part of the extended internship period from October 1st, 2025, to June 30th, 2026.
