About the Role
As an AI Engineer at Elyadata, your mission is to transform business needs into robust and scalable artificial intelligence solutions within a team. You will participate in defining success indicators and then develop and automate pipelines to bring ML/LLM models into production. You will conduct exploratory analyses, prepare datasets, train and optimize models, all while ensuring continuous monitoring: incident detection, automatic retraining, and performance reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to cost management and security in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and work closely with Data Scientists, DevOps, and Product Owners in an Agile manner to convey results to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI solutions (e.g., RAG) using production ML/LLM models (GPT-4, Mistral).
- Frame and challenge business needs.
- Build MLOps pipelines.
- Define success KPIs and plan each project phase, from POC to industrialization.
- Conduct exploratory analyses and model data to address business challenges.
- Oversee AI applications in production, diagnose incidents, and orchestrate continuous retraining of models.
- Optimize costs and security in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
About the Candidate
Required Skills: 6 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning, with strong expertise in Python & Machine Learning. Mastery of RAG architectures, vector stores, and orchestrators (e.g., Airflow, Celery). Solid DevOps / MLOps skills: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. Client-facing aptitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to demystify complex topics.
