About the Role
Are you passionate about helping clients implement their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform solutions? Avanade is seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect to join our Belgian Business Applications team! You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Customer Engagement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Own the Technical Architecture; work closely with the Solution Architect and other stakeholders, providing technical guidance to clients and project teams ensuring best practices for architectural design and governance are followed.
- Ensure that solutions delivered operate in a robust, scalable, and easy-to-maintain manner.
- Contribute to Solution Architecture; work closely with the Solution Architect in validating solution design and implementation plans.
- Participate in requirements gathering; define project systems integration scope and gather technical (application) requirements.
- Engage with prospective and current clients during solution demos and evaluations.
- Mentor junior colleagues within our Belgian Business Applications team.
About the Candidate
We expect candidates to have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) expertise.
- Technical knowledge on Dynamics 365 CE regarding configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Skills in .NET C#, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, migration, integration techniques, and systems integration best practices.
- Strong client relationship-building skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is a must, while familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
