About the Role
At Synechron, we are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer with experience in React. You will be responsible for developing robust software solutions in Java, creating RESTful web services, and designing engaging interfaces between the UI and REST services. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle and engage in the agile development process, employing best practices such as test-driven development and clean coding.
Responsibilities
- Develop software utilizing Java and object-oriented databases.
- Build REST web services and design interfaces between UI and REST services.
- Create data-grid-centric user interfaces.
- Engage fully in the software development lifecycle, participating actively in agile methodologies.
- Write and maintain high-quality code with a focus on testing and refactoring.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Java and UI stacks. Proficiency in web technologies and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, and Spring is essential. Familiarity with State Management, Redux, and JavaScript frameworks will be valuable.
Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a performance-oriented mindset aimed at delivering high-quality results are required. An analytical problem-solving skillset will be highly beneficial, as will experience with the banking or financial domain.
