As part of a small software house experiencing growth, the DevOps Engineer will help support and shape the growing infrastructure of the company. This role includes tasks ranging from supporting DevOps practices to higher-level day-to-day operations. Expect to contribute to the ongoing support of CI/CD pipelines and evolve your skills in line with business needs.
About the Candidate
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in supporting desktop and server environments across Windows and Linux systems.
- Competency in scripting using Python; additional languages such as C++, C, Bash, PowerShell, or Java are beneficial.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, skilled in deploying and managing cloud resources.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, with hands-on experience being a plus.
