Our Nantes site is seeking new talents to support its growth, searching for a confirmed Java software engineer to join our Cloud and Custom Application teams. Our IT projects aim to assist clients in adopting new Cloud technologies via our Strategy Design approach. We are committed to transforming existing applications into Cloud Native and API solutions to enhance agility and scalability.

Responsibilities

As a confirmed developer, you will:

  • Be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and optimize interfaces until they are ready for production.
  • Work with the following technical stack: Java, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, JQuery.
  • Continue to use emerging technologies and participate in performance improvements and ergonomic enhancements.
  • Engage as a community member to promote collaboration, help others, and improve your skills.
  • Occasionally act as a mentor to provide technical guidance, code review, and pair programming.

About the Candidate

You recognize yourself as someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT and has experience in IT development, ideally in an international environment.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Back End or Fullstack development role.
  • Can lead design workshops and participate in realization processes.
  • Actively engages in technological monitoring, training, and sharing knowledge.
  • Has prior experience in a mentorship role or aims to move in that direction.

Next Steps

The selection process includes a phone interview with Emie or Florian (20 to 30 minutes), an interview with a technical and HR reference (1 hour), technical and English tests (2 X 30 minutes), followed by tailored feedback regarding the outcome of these interactions.
