IONOS is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Mitigation Workgroup for IONOS Cloud. This role is aimed at those interested in establishing the foundation for the European Cloud Provider. You will support other cloud development teams both technically and conceptually in delivering new features and products while continually improving our current systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of cloud-native services using a modern Open-Source stack powered by Go/Golang.
- Contribute to the suggestions and conceptualization of new services and products in a dynamic cloud environment.
- Consult with other developers and departments on technical matters.
- Establish high-quality software workflows that enhance our CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of our services.
Qualifications
- Design, develop, test, and deliver refined code, preferably in Go/Golang. (Don’t worry if you're not familiar with Go/Golang, we will teach you!)
- Experience with Kubernetes, not just as an orchestration platform but extending it as part of your solution.
- Strong communication skills to explain your concepts to others.
- Calmness when troubleshooting in production environments.
- Fluent in English.
