About the Role
Agilus Work Solutions is looking for a Lead Software Engineer. The candidate should have 8 years of experience programming in Java, working with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as experience in DevOps and AWS Cloud. A foundational understanding of APIs, Event Driven Solutions, and container technologies is required.
About the Candidate
A self-starter with tenacious inquisitiveness and a desire to learn is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive in finding solutions, providing recommendations, and possess knowledge of REST API design standards. Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks and awareness of CI/CD solutions like Jenkins is also advantageous.
Nice to Have Skills
We prefer candidates familiar with building solutions using Apache Kafka and the Confluent Platform. Previous programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript is a plus. Knowledge of AWS Serverless environment development, including AWS Lambda and API Gateway, would be beneficial, as well as understanding of modern event-based architectures.
