About the Role

Arcesium seeks an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success Service Solutions team (CS3) in the Client and Partner Development department. The CS3 team is focused on building lasting partnerships to ensure our clients maximize the full potential of our products and services, creating a community of advocates. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to support the requirements of Arcesium's client base, made up of leading financial services institutions.

What You'll Do

You will partner with Sales Executives to engage with high level client stakeholders, represent Arcesium's technology capabilities, and drive client success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with sales during meetings and demonstrate our technology to accelerate clients' data strategy.
  • Analyze complex data problems by breaking them down into manageable sub-problems.
  • Design comprehensive solutions, ensuring data quality and integration across systems.
  • Support clients during both Sales and implementation phases, managing project expectations.
  • Innovate new products and software, fostering efficiency.
  • Train client developers on Arcesium's API and technical architecture.

About the Candidate

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 10+ years in client-facing roles emphasizing consultative and solution skills, preferably within Banking FinTech.
  • A software engineering background with hands-on experience in coding (preferred in Python).
  • Knowledge in design and architecture intelligence and familiarity with Linux and cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects spanning both business and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and collaborative relationships.
  • Valid working permit for the country.
  • Fluency in English.
