About the Role
Lincoln is looking for an Ingénieur Machine Learning / MLOps to modernize and migrate their client's Data Science platform to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your mission entails ensuring the quality, scalability, and maintainability of MLOps solutions, and coordinating the migration of existing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate the MLOps platform in a portage mode.
- Migrate existing ML projects to the new cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate existing tools and test workflows.
- Ensure the smoothness of the production and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate actively with internal teams for project success.
Required Skills
- Complete mastery of the ML project lifecycle, including data analysis, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proven experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
- Creation and management of containers for training, inference, and production using Docker.
- Mastery of services on Google Cloud Platform, including GCP Workstation, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Airflow.
- Solid experience in model development and pipeline management using R & Python.
- Knowledge of container management tools like Harbor and Nexus.
- Ability to set up dashboards (e.g., via Shiny on Cloud Run) for monitoring model performance.
About the Candidate
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bac +5 or engineering degree.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, MLOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing (GCP).
- A strong ability to manage and monitor projects throughout their different phases.
- Autonomy, diligence, excellent communication skills, and strong documentation capabilities.
- GCP certifications are a plus.
