As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be at the frontier of frontend development, influencing the design and implementation of beautiful, high-performing experiences on the Celonis Platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead, design & implement large-scale and complex new features that can scale across the organization.
- Make architectural and initiative proposals and lead a team of engineers for the implementation.
- Take ownership in product discussions and roadmap shaping.
- Improve the developer work environment and mentor your teammates.
- Write clean and testable code, provide feedback on peers' designs and code.
- Build, launch, and maintain features in production while sharing knowledge with the organization.
About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)
The qualifications you need include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Familiarity with reactive frameworks, particularly Angular.
- Proven leadership in large, complex projects and performance enhancement of large scale apps.
