About the Role
As a Backend Entwickler (m/w/d) or Fullstack Entwickler (m/w/d), you will create and enhance modern software solutions within an agile team. Your contributions will help to implement the company's digital strategy, which includes the digitization of an extensive full-service offering for over one million customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize backend components for new and existing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Assess requirements and create technical concepts.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and Product Owners to implement User Stories.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
About the Candidate
We are looking for an individual who has:
- Experience with Java and ideally Spring Boot.
- A knack for working collaboratively within agile teams.
- Initiative, a willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong knowledge of performance, security, and code quality.
- Experience with REST APIs and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Microservice architectures is a plus.
