About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with deep experience in building and scaling backend systems. You’ll be working on mission-critical systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) and Node.js.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to build full-stack applications that are highly performant and user-friendly.
- Design and implement robust systems for managing data at scale.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while maintaining high code quality standards.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.
About You:
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Expertise in Go (Golang) and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architecture.
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with modern containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Comfortable with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools.
