About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with deep experience in building and scaling backend systems. You’ll be working on mission-critical systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to build full-stack applications that are highly performant and user-friendly.
  • Design and implement robust systems for managing data at scale.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code while maintaining high code quality standards.
  • Participate in architectural decision-making and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.

About You:

  • 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
  • Expertise in Go (Golang) and Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architecture.
  • Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with modern containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
  • Comfortable with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools.
