Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end product features in collaboration with UX Designers, Data scientists, and other Developers.
- Evaluate customer needs and ideate solutions, assessing different languages and architecture.
- Rapidly develop scalable and high-performance systems with end-to-end ownership.
- Learn and apply modern development methodologies and tools continuously.
- Deploy and maintain production software.
- Proactively suggest improvements to reduce technical debt and amplify your team's business impact.
About the Candidate
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant software development role.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, Kotlin, and Javascript, including experience with the React framework.
- Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Bonus: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, knowledge of GraphQL.
- Ability to write high-performance, reusable code and conduct unit and integration testing.
- Experience with data-driven product development including analytics and A/B testing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
