About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Manager for our Content Intelligence team within the Central Tech department. This role involves overseeing the Content Intelligence Platform and various GenAI applications. You will be responsible for data management, modernization, and developing scalable solutions that personalize customer experience. Your expertise will guide a talented team of Machine Learning Engineers and Scientists, mentoring them as they work collaboratively on numerous impactful projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing ML team focused on collaboration and individual growth.
- Encourage the professional development of ML engineers and scientists, and oversee the deployment of scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines.
- Drive initiatives in generative AI development and work alongside software engineers ensuring efficient model inference and deployment.
- Monitor application health and continuously drive improvements for better performance and productivity.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the ML team, promoting ongoing education and testing new methodologies.
About the Ideal Candidate
To excel in this position, you should bring over 3 years of experience in leading ML teams and have a solid understanding of computer vision and natural language processing. An advanced degree in a quantitative field is required along with experience in deploying ML models in a production environment. You should have hands-on knowledge with technologies like AWS, TensorFlow, Python, and be an effective communicator who inspires others through their actions and leadership.
